研究領(lǐng)域:
1。生物基及可生物降解材料:
(1) 可生物降解聚酯及聚酰胺酯:
主要研究熔融縮聚-擴(kuò)鏈法, 制備各種結(jié)構(gòu)的可生物降解聚酯及聚酰胺酯,側(cè)重綠色合成方法、新結(jié)構(gòu)、新性能的研究;
(2)非異氰酸酯法合成可生物降解熱塑性和交聯(lián)聚氨酯及彈性體:
傳統(tǒng)的聚氨酯(PU)由異氰酸酯合成。異氰酸酯單體有毒,其生產(chǎn)原料光氣毒性更大,具有較大的安全隱患。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究利用氨酯交換的非異氰酸酯法,來合成可生物降解的熱塑性和交聯(lián)聚氨酯及彈性體,側(cè)重新合成方法、新材料及其性能研究。
此研究屬于高分子領(lǐng)域剛剛興起的一個新學(xué)科,我們的研究處于國際領(lǐng)先水平,近年來已有多項(xiàng)專利申請和多篇SCI論文發(fā)表。
(3)生物基可生物降解聚合物材料
近年來生物基聚合物的研究越來越受到重視。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要研究可持續(xù)的聚合物材料制備新方法,利用生物基原料來合成具有良好熱性能、力學(xué)性能和功能性的結(jié)晶聚合物材料和交聯(lián)聚合物材料,側(cè)重新材料設(shè)計、合成方法及其性能研究。
2。聚合物陶瓷前體:
主要研究聚合物基陶瓷前體的新合成方法及性能。
研究成果及獲獎情況:
主持國家自然科學(xué)基金等項(xiàng)目三項(xiàng),參加國家自然科學(xué)基金、863和國家攻關(guān)等項(xiàng)目六項(xiàng)。參編《高分子化學(xué)》,獲國家及北京市精品課程;參與翻譯《工業(yè)聚合物手冊》第五章,酶學(xué);講授材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院《高分子化學(xué)》(56學(xué)時,必修課)和理學(xué)院《高分子合成化學(xué)》(32學(xué)時,選修課)的本科生課,研究生的《生物聚合》(32學(xué)時)和《聚合物合成與制備》(部分)等課程。申請專利25篇,已授權(quán)5篇;已在Polymer、RSC Adv、Materials Letters、Ind. Eng. Chem. Res等期刊上發(fā)表論文85余篇,其中SCI論文35余篇。
