個(gè)人簡介
劉云:博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2004年獲江南大學(xué)食品科學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,2006年浙江大學(xué)生物學(xué)專業(yè)博士后,2008年—2012年在華中科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院工作,2012年調(diào)入北京化工大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,2011年和2013年獲教育部和國家基金委資助,分別前往美國亞利桑那州立大學(xué)和美國能源部太平洋西北國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪問與交流。課題組非常重視國際學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作,先后與美國PNNL國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室Aaron Wright課題組、加拿大Lakehead 大學(xué)Qin Wensheng教授課題組、印度Banaras Hindu大學(xué) YC Sharma教授課題組、意大利科學(xué)研究院Secundo Francesco教授課題組等均建立了良好的國際合作關(guān)系。近5年作為負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)了國家863重大和重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目子課題2項(xiàng)、國家支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目子課題1項(xiàng)、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2 項(xiàng)、教育部博士點(diǎn)(新教師)基金1項(xiàng)、教育部科技計(jì)劃課題1項(xiàng)、北京市自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、湖北省自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)和企業(yè)委托課題2項(xiàng)。近5年以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),出版專著3部。
研究領(lǐng)域(方向):
1. 微生物和分子生物學(xué):木質(zhì)纖維素降解細(xì)菌的篩選與分子改造。
2. 酶工程與生物煉制:酶的固定化與構(gòu)效關(guān)系、全細(xì)胞催化劑的制備、生物質(zhì)能源與生物基精細(xì)化學(xué)品。
3. 食品科學(xué):天然活性成分的開發(fā)、小分子化合物與蛋白質(zhì)相互作用。
