李媛(申請(qǐng)者),女,博士,副教授。在此項(xiàng)目中擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。 2011年11月被北京化工大學(xué)以“優(yōu)秀后備人才”引進(jìn)回國(guó),在生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院工作,F(xiàn)主要從事生物活性物質(zhì)的微膠囊化、食品生物大分子的自組裝和食品膠體化學(xué)方面的研究。
