一、主要學習和工作經歷

1992年中國藥科大學藥物代謝動力學專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)后留校任教，歷任助教，講師和副教授，2001年獲藥動學與生物藥劑學專業(yè)博士學位，2002年至2003年作為訪問學者于日本近畿大學生物藥劑學實驗室從事藥代動力學領域的合作研究，2007年被評為教授，2008年晉升為博士生導師。

二、主要科研工作簡介

現(xiàn)任中國藥科大學中國藥科大學藥物代謝與動力學研究中心教授，藥物代謝重點實驗室生物大分子室負責人，江蘇省青藍工程優(yōu)秀青年骨干教師，國家SFDA和江蘇省新藥審評專家，科技部“863”計劃生物醫(yī)藥領域審評專家，教育部基金審評專家，《中國實用藥學》副主編并擔任《Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology》、《Acta Pharmacologica Sinica》、《Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis》等國內外藥學期刊審稿人。主持國家863項目1項，主持并完成國家自然科學基金項目1項，作為主要完成者參與了科技部重大專項和國家自然科學基金重點項目等國家級項目多項。承擔并完成企業(yè)委托研究項目近百項，其中國家一類新藥的非臨床藥代動力學研究項目8項，二類新藥的臨床藥代動力學研究項目2項,近五年科研經費共四百多萬元。獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項，江蘇省科技進步一等獎1項，獲得省教學成果二等獎和優(yōu)秀教材獎各1項、獲國家發(fā)明專利1項。在國內外學術刊物上發(fā)表學術論文100多篇，其中SCI收錄40余篇，主編《藥物代謝動力學研究進展》專著1部。已培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生40多名,他們中部分到國外或國內大學繼續(xù)深造，其余已成為科研單位或企業(yè)的技術骨干。

三、研究領域

1、藥物代謝動力學研究

研究方向包括創(chuàng)新藥物的吸收、分布、代謝、排泄及其機制研究，新藥的I期臨床藥代動力學研究，藥物轉運體和代謝酶基因多態(tài)性對藥物動力學影響，轉運體和酶介導的藥物相互作用研究等。其中對藥物轉運體的研究是本實驗室的主要研究方向之一。

藥物轉運體(DrugTransporters)是具有轉運內源性或外源性化合物透過細胞膜功能的一類特殊蛋白質，近年來國際藥學界對該領域的研究方興未艾。大量的研究成果表明，藥物轉運體在藥物吸收，分布和排泄過程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本實驗室利用動物在體、離體和細胞轉染等技術對藥物的體內轉運機制進行研究，力爭建成一個藥物研究的新平臺和藥動學高級專門人才培養(yǎng)的基地。

2、生物大分子藥物的藥動學與生物藥劑學研究

隨著生物醫(yī)學以及生物技術的發(fā)展，多肽與蛋白質類藥物作為藥用生物活性大分子物質正在成為一類很重要的治療藥物。已有越來越多的多肽和蛋白類藥物用于臨床治療。研究顯示，90%以上的這類藥物因口服易被破壞，目前只能采用注射給藥。為了避免頻繁注射給病人造成的痛苦，其非注射途徑給藥已成為國際藥學界的研究熱點之一。本課題組在江蘇省“新藥創(chuàng)制基金”和國家“863”項目的支持下，對包括肺吸入粉霧劑和結腸定位給藥在內的多種給藥途徑進行了研究，創(chuàng)建了藥劑學、藥動學、藥效學和毒理學研究的相關技術平臺。
