郝海平,博士、中國藥科大學(xué)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2006年于中國藥科大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位,2012-2013年美國國家癌癥研究所訪問學(xué)者,F(xiàn)任中國藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院院長、2011計劃建設(shè)辦公室主任、“天然藥物活性組分與藥效”國家重點實驗室副主任。
為國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者、長江學(xué)者特聘教授;首批中組部青年拔尖人才、江蘇省特聘教授;2008年全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獲得者、首批江蘇省杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者、江蘇省“333”高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程中青年科技領(lǐng)軍人才(第二層次)、第十一屆江蘇省十大青年科技之星、教育部新世紀(jì)人才、江蘇省五四青年獎?wù)芦@得者。
主要從事代謝調(diào)控與靶標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn)/確證研究、中藥及天然藥物體內(nèi)過程及作用機理研究。構(gòu)建了較完善、普適的體內(nèi)外天然藥物復(fù)雜成分定性、定量分析與體內(nèi)過程研究的方法學(xué)體系,提出并建立了符合天然藥物多成分多靶標(biāo)作用特點的藥代動力學(xué)研究理論與模式,并在揭示天然活性成分群代謝處置規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“反向藥代動力學(xué)”、代謝處置導(dǎo)向的作用靶標(biāo)與機理研究的學(xué)術(shù)思想;在膽汁酸、色氨酸等內(nèi)源活性代謝調(diào)控研究中取得重要研究成果。近年來,主持承擔(dān)國家重大新藥創(chuàng)制專項、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、重大研究計劃等重大研究課題、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金等各類項目17項。作為主要完成人之一,獲國家科技進步二等獎2項(排名第三、第四)、2012年教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)進步一等獎(排名第二)。發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇,其中以第一和通訊作者在NatCommun,Trends Pharmacol Sci,Anal Chem,Drug MetabDispos等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域一流期刊發(fā)表SCI論文60余篇。
兼任中國藥學(xué)會應(yīng)用藥理專業(yè)委員會副秘書長、世界中醫(yī)藥聯(lián)合會中藥免疫專業(yè)委員會常務(wù)理事、世界中醫(yī)藥聯(lián)合會中藥分析委員理事、美國化學(xué)會(ACS)及國際藥代動力學(xué)學(xué)會(ISSX)會員;Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B編委,為Mol Pharmaceut,Toxicol Sci,Curr Drug Metab,Drug Metab Dispos等藥學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域一流SCI期刊的同行審稿專家。
主要研究方向
1、內(nèi)源活性分子代謝調(diào)控與藥物靶標(biāo)/確證研究:綜合應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)與蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)技術(shù),圍繞腫瘤等代謝性疾病,探索藥物作用新靶標(biāo),側(cè)重于研究內(nèi)源活性物質(zhì)如膽汁酸、短鏈脂肪酸等代謝調(diào)控;在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究臨床具有確切療效的中藥/天然藥物的作用靶標(biāo)與作用機理,探索創(chuàng)新藥物研發(fā)及藥物治療新理論方法。主要資助課題:國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計劃等。
2、中藥/天然藥物復(fù)雜成分代謝處置規(guī)律與機理研究:在創(chuàng)建復(fù)雜成分體內(nèi)外分析技術(shù)平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示中藥/天然活性成分(群)在生物體內(nèi)外的代謝處置規(guī)律與機理,闡明主要類群成分如苷類、黃酮類、生物堿類等活性成分群的構(gòu)代關(guān)系;探索天然活性成分調(diào)控藥物代謝酶/轉(zhuǎn)運體的作用規(guī)律與機理,從而為基于天然藥物/中藥的創(chuàng)新藥物研發(fā)和藥物相互作用研究提供科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。主要資助課題:國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、江蘇省杰出青年科學(xué)基金項目、國家重大新藥創(chuàng)制專項項目等。
