洪浩,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,江蘇省首席科技傳播專家,中國藥理學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)精神藥理專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,中國藥理學(xué)會(huì)抗衰老與老年癡呆專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,江蘇省藥理學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事及教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)秘書長,“神經(jīng)藥理學(xué)報(bào)”編委,“Metabolic Brain Disease”(USA)編委。洪浩教授于1989年6月畢業(yè)于中國藥科大學(xué),2001年6月獲安徽中醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2004年6月獲中國藥科大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2006年10月從KinkiUniversity(Japan)留學(xué)回國。近年來,承擔(dān)藥理學(xué)、當(dāng)代藥理學(xué)及表觀遺傳學(xué)等課程的教學(xué)工作;主持和參加國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、“十一五”和“十二五”國家“新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項(xiàng)等多項(xiàng)國家及省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目;在國際知名雜志如Neurobiology of Aging,Int J Neuropsychopharmacol,Neuropharmacology,British J Pharmacol,J Neurochem等發(fā)表研究論文30余篇;申請(qǐng)國內(nèi)發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng);參編著作1部。
研究方向:神經(jīng)藥理。采用分子遺傳學(xué)、細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)及動(dòng)物行為學(xué)等實(shí)驗(yàn)方法探尋介導(dǎo)阿爾茨海默病(AD)及相關(guān)疾。ㄈ缫钟舭Y和糖尿。┌l(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵分子,確證其作為藥物調(diào)控的分子靶標(biāo),并以此為基礎(chǔ)發(fā)掘活性物質(zhì)、開發(fā)防治藥物。當(dāng)前正在研究的課題有國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、“十二五”國家重大新藥創(chuàng)制項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)以及江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
