王艷東教授于天津大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士、碩士、博士,2004年到2013年一直在國(guó)外工作。2004年在德國(guó)國(guó)家環(huán)境與健康研究中心做博士后,2006年后在美國(guó)國(guó)家醫(yī)學(xué)中心貝克曼研究所任Staff Scientist研究員,2011年任美國(guó)東北俄亥俄醫(yī)科大學(xué)研究助理教授(Research Assistant Professor)。2013年5月以高層次人才引進(jìn)到北京化工大學(xué)生命學(xué)院任教授和博導(dǎo)。在兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究具有建樹:第一個(gè)是核受體和膜受體在炎癥和癌癥發(fā)病的分子機(jī)制方面的研究;第二個(gè)是在植物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)提取藥用成分以及蛋白質(zhì)和天然產(chǎn)物藥物的純化和制備方面。在這兩方面均做出了較有影響的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)。發(fā)表SCI論文24篇(一區(qū)論文18篇),其中第一作者11篇,單篇影響因子達(dá)到12的研究論文6篇(其中2篇本人為通信作者,3篇為第一作者),SCI期刊總影響因子數(shù)達(dá)到135,參編國(guó)際專著2部(排名第一),國(guó)內(nèi)專著2部,擁有科技成果一項(xiàng)。在核受體和膜受體在肝臟的損傷和再生,炎癥和癌癥發(fā)病的分子機(jī)制方面的研究已有一定影響,研究工作多次被國(guó)際上有影響的期刊和雜志專題報(bào)道和高度評(píng)價(jià),其中發(fā)表的3篇第一作者論文和通訊作者論文被本領(lǐng)域杰出科學(xué)家經(jīng)由Faculty of 1000 Biology推薦為研究人員需要閱讀和掌握的重要論文。學(xué)術(shù)成果發(fā)表于國(guó)際肝病學(xué)排名第一的學(xué)術(shù)期刊Hepatology(6篇,SCI一區(qū),影響因子11),Journalof Hepatology(SCI一區(qū),影響因子為9.26),Cell Research(影響因子8.19),Molecular Endocrinology(SCI二區(qū),影響因子為4.2)等國(guó)際TOP期刊。本人2011年和2013年在Hepatology上先后發(fā)表的2篇研究論文證明膜受體TGR5是炎癥和癌癥的抑制子,極有可能是高效的藥物靶向。由于本人的學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn),本人多次被邀請(qǐng)出席國(guó)際藥物研發(fā)會(huì)議,被邀請(qǐng)撰寫藥物研發(fā)專著和綜述,并被同行推薦為多個(gè)SCI期刊的審稿人。
