基本情況：

副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，國(guó)家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局藥品審評(píng)專(zhuān)家。2010年獲中國(guó)藥學(xué)會(huì)-石藥青年藥劑學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，2013年獲藥明康德生命化學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，2014年獲江蘇省青藍(lán)工程中青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。

主持了逾40余項(xiàng)校企合作課題的研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)化，研究劑型及技術(shù)全面，在應(yīng)用技術(shù)領(lǐng)域及制劑生產(chǎn)第一線(xiàn)，在推動(dòng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面有非常豐富的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)。參與國(guó)家重大新藥創(chuàng)制技術(shù)平臺(tái)和多項(xiàng)重大新藥創(chuàng)制項(xiàng)目。目前已申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利40余項(xiàng)，已授權(quán)16項(xiàng)，轉(zhuǎn)讓5項(xiàng)。

注重藥物制劑理論基礎(chǔ)尤其是藥物晶體學(xué)的深入研究，重視新技術(shù)、新劑型的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)，發(fā)表SCI論文26篇（第一作者或通訊作者），國(guó)內(nèi)EI及核心期刊論文幾十篇，《中藥制劑新劑型與新技術(shù)》的副主編，并參與編寫(xiě)了《藥劑學(xué)》、《藥劑學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》等多部藥劑學(xué)教材。
