林愛(ài)俊(Aijun Lin),博士,1982年出生,江蘇金壇人。中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院副教授(藥物化學(xué)),碩士生導(dǎo)師。2005-2011年南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院有機(jī)化學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩/博連讀,獲博士學(xué)位。2011-2012年,南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院/生命科學(xué)學(xué)院博士后。2012-2014年,美國(guó)德州農(nóng)工大學(xué)(TexasA&MUniversity)化學(xué)系博士后。2014年4月作為海外高層次引進(jìn)人才進(jìn)入中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院工作。博士論文《有機(jī)催化不對(duì)稱(chēng)碳雜鍵形成反應(yīng)研究》獲2012年Eli Lilly Asia Outstanding Thesis Award。至今已在Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Chemical Communication, Organic Letters, Chemistry - A European Journal, Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis, The Journal of Organic Chemistry等國(guó)際著名期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文40多篇。參與編寫(xiě)專(zhuān)著一章節(jié):林愛(ài)俊、朱成建,第9章“串聯(lián)的不對(duì)稱(chēng)催化反應(yīng)”,《不對(duì)稱(chēng)催化新概念與新方法》,丁奎嶺、范青華主編,化學(xué)工業(yè)出版社,2009年出版。目前主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)高層次引進(jìn)人才啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目。熱忱歡迎本科生、碩士研究生加入本課題組從事基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究。

1.有機(jī)合成方法學(xué)研究(不對(duì)稱(chēng)催化與合成、惰性C-H鍵官能化、協(xié)同催化、多組分串聯(lián)反應(yīng)),重點(diǎn)研究不同合成方法在復(fù)雜藥物分子和活性先導(dǎo)化合物中的應(yīng)用
2.目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向的功能性雜環(huán)化合物的設(shè)計(jì)與合成,生物活性和毒性測(cè)試與評(píng)價(jià),探索并發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在藥物分子骨架
