工作經(jīng)歷:
2000年以來(lái):對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)商學(xué)院講師、副教授、教授(博士生導(dǎo)師);中法高級(jí)企業(yè)管理干部培訓(xùn)中心副主任、商學(xué)院管理學(xué)系副主任、商學(xué)院人力資源與組織行為系主任。
2003-2006:大型央企中國(guó)電子器材總公司(CEAC)特聘人力資源總監(jiān),負(fù)責(zé)總公司全國(guó)系統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略人力資源規(guī)劃、總部薪酬績(jī)效改革、各事業(yè)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與人員配置等;期間曾兼任總公司人事處處長(zhǎng)和培訓(xùn)中心主任職務(wù),嘗試將體制內(nèi)管理職責(zé)與現(xiàn)代人力資源管理要求相融合。
2007-2008:美國(guó)西東大學(xué)斯蒂爾曼商學(xué)院訪問教席、客座教授(Visiting Faculty, Adjunct Professor, Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University),講授本科層面《組織行為學(xué)》(Organizational Behavior, BMGT2503);
2009-2010:香港浸會(huì)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院王寬誠(chéng)教育基金訪問學(xué)者、訪問教席(Wang,K.C.Visiting Scholar, Visiting Faculty),講授本科層面《中國(guó)人力資源管理》(Human Resource Management in China, HRM3630)。

3. 國(guó)際勞務(wù)、跨文化人力資源管理、中國(guó)文化特色的組織行為;
4. 國(guó)際化人才發(fā)展的生理、心理、環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)與影響機(jī)制;
5. 全球化背景下金融行業(yè)中國(guó)特色人才資源戰(zhàn)略管理與培養(yǎng)體系。
