建議信 Letter of Advice
建議信是對收信人就某一問題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信,所以寫信人一定要注意禮貌當先。建議信一般包括以下內(nèi)容:首先說明寫信的目的,其次,在肯定優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上提出自己的建議或看法(否則別人以為你在投訴,而不是在提建議),最后表達希望采納建議。 寫作“三步走”: 自我介紹、說明目的—>委婉地提出建議及改進措施,或提出忠告—>禮貌地總結(jié)或期盼回復(fù) Tips: 提建議畢竟不是投訴,所以語言一定要委婉、禮貌,顧及他人感情。在提出缺點之前,最好先肯定其優(yōu)點 (1) 2007年真題 Directions: Write a litter to your university library, making suggestions for improving its service. You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use ―Li Ming‖ instead.
