主要科研領(lǐng)域與方向:
干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、腫瘤生物學(xué)與轉(zhuǎn)化研究
科學(xué)成就:
申請(qǐng)者2010年5月回國前在美國從事多年干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究, 著重探討了腫瘤干細(xì)胞在腫瘤發(fā)生、形成上的機(jī)理,尋找腫瘤的特異性分子標(biāo)志,就腫瘤干細(xì)胞的分子標(biāo)記進(jìn)行了原創(chuàng)性工作,發(fā)現(xiàn)和闡明了在腫瘤發(fā)生過程中原癌基因N-myc對(duì)干細(xì)胞的作用機(jī)理。并系統(tǒng)論證了多梳族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子在神經(jīng)腫瘤干細(xì)胞的調(diào)控,為特異性阻斷此通路進(jìn)行優(yōu)化治療提供了可行性依據(jù),為腫瘤的預(yù)后監(jiān)控提供了新的重要檢測指標(biāo)。
回國后建立了家蠶干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,獲得重慶市“百人計(jì)劃”和“巴渝學(xué)者”擇優(yōu)支持。以干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)作為家蠶基因組生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展的重要支撐方向之一,著重研究家蠶各成體干細(xì)胞在變態(tài)發(fā)育的分子機(jī)制,開展家蠶組織、器官內(nèi)干細(xì)胞的識(shí)別、維持及其多向分化調(diào)控研究。以家蠶開展人類疾病的模型的研制,實(shí)現(xiàn)從昆蟲模型、到老鼠模型以及到人類疾病藥效的轉(zhuǎn)化研究。
近年在國內(nèi)外重要期刊發(fā)表30篇以上,SCI文章20篇,影響因子超過100分,被SCI源文章廣泛引用。主持和參加國內(nèi)973課題與美國NIH基金、美國癌癥研究協(xié)會(huì)重大科研項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。多次被相關(guān)國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議選為執(zhí)行主席和特邀報(bào)告人,共計(jì)獲邀參加國際會(huì)議并做大會(huì)報(bào)告10次以上。并被多家雜志邀請(qǐng)為審稿人。
