劉洪斌，男，1966年生，博士、研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。1986年畢業(yè)于西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)土化系，同年留校工作至今。1994年、2002年于西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲農(nóng)學(xué)碩士和農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，2003年-2006年在中國科學(xué)院地球化學(xué)研究所（貴陽）環(huán)境地球化學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室做博士后研究工作，2004年7月-8月在加拿大Saskatchewan大學(xué)作短期訪問。2006年入選重慶市“322重點(diǎn)人才工程”二層次，2008年被評為重慶市第二屆學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人。重慶市數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。主持、主研和參加各級科研課題50余項，其中國家科技支撐計劃項目2項，農(nóng)業(yè)部課題4項，原化工部課題2項，國際合作項目1項，重慶市科委項目9項。主研和參加的課題獲國家科技進(jìn)步二獎1項、省部級科技進(jìn)步一等獎1項、二等獎3項、三等獎1項。重慶市測土配方施肥項目專家組成員，參與指導(dǎo)重慶市、四川省、貴州省共計50多個區(qū)市縣的測土配方施肥工作。

主要研究方向：

農(nóng)業(yè)資源利用、土壤學(xué)、3S技術(shù)、數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)

教學(xué)：

承擔(dān)《土地信息系統(tǒng)》、《地理信息系統(tǒng)》等本科、碩士研究生課程。

近期主要獲獎項目：

    1、課題“重慶市典型巖溶山地脆弱生態(tài)過程恢復(fù)技術(shù)研究”，2005年獲重慶市科技進(jìn)步二等獎。

    2、課題“重慶市農(nóng)地污染與作物健康品質(zhì)的相關(guān)規(guī)律及控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)”，2007年獲重慶市科技進(jìn)步二等獎。

    3、課題“重慶市柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化精準(zhǔn)管理系統(tǒng)研究與示范”，2010年獲重慶市科技進(jìn)步三獎。

在研項目：

   1. 重慶市32個區(qū)縣測土配方施肥數(shù)據(jù)庫建立與耕地地力評價。

   2. 四川省達(dá)州市、瀘州市、廣安市共計19個區(qū)縣耕地地力評價。

   3. 重慶中間香型煙葉產(chǎn)區(qū)生態(tài)因子效應(yīng)研究。

  4、重慶煙田基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)收集整理與應(yīng)用。

  5、重慶煙田氣候監(jiān)測分析與應(yīng)用。
